We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not perfectly satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items back in their original ALDO box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
